In Partnership with the United States Institute of Peace (USIP) Think Tank CEIDES is organising a hybrid workshop at LaFalaise Hotel-Yaounde on Tuesday 19th April 2022, from 11AM on the theme: »Strengthening Regional Institutions to Prevent, Mitigate, and Resolve Violent Conflict: Program Design Assessment: Assessment of US and USIP Engagement Strategies, Opportunities and Approaches ».
The workshop will bring together experts and policy leaders from various organizations (ECCAS, UNOCA, LCBC, AFROBAROMETER, USIP, CEIDES and others) to brainstorm on strategies and institutional changes to implement in order to foster peace and security in Central Africa.
En partenariat avec United States Institute of Peace (USIP), le Think Tank CEIDES organise le mardi 19 avril 2022 dès 11 heures à l’hôtel LaFalaise de Yaoundé, un atelier hybride sur le thème : « Renforcement des capacités des institutions régionales pour la prévention, l’atténuation et la résolution des conflits violents: Évaluation des stratégies, opportunités et approches d’engagement pour les États-Unis et USIP ».
Cet atelier réunira une panoplie d’experts et de leaders politiques de différentes organisations (CEEAC, UNOCA, CBLT, AFROBAROMETER, USIP, CEIDES et autres) pour mener la réflexion sur les stratégies et réformes à mettre en oeuvre en vue de favoriser la paix et la sécurité en Afrique Centrale.
